Bradley A. WeiserChairman and CEO
Mr. Weiser started Tango in 1991. He has worked his entire career in the hotel and restaurant business. Mr. Weiser graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in hotel and restaurant management. Following graduation, Mr. Weiser was hired as an Assistant General Manager of Regine's, a New York City restaurant and nightclub. He was later hired by Carnival Hotels and Resorts as Assistant General Manager of the Mobil Five Star Grand Bay Hotel in Miami, Florida. He went on to serve as General Manager of the Mutiny Hotel and Sheraton Royal Biscayne and Racquet Club, both located in Miami. Brad's vision and passion for the restaurant business have earned CAFÉ TU TU TANGO numerous awards including Restaurant News Hot Concepts award and the Menu to Mind Visionary Award. René began his career at one of America's premier restaurants, The Manor, in West Orange, NJ. He went on to enjoy a 22 year career with Carnival Hotels and Resorts starting as a bartender and worked his way through the ranks of management training. René's assignments with Carnival included General Manager to company flagship hotels and Divisional Director Food & Beverage. René worked with TANGO Chairman, Brad Weiser during this period and assisted in the development of the first CAFÉ TU TU TANGO. In 1993 René launched the first expansion Shula's Steak House in Tampa, Florida which led to the formation of a national chain of restaurants for Miami's legendary coach, Don Shula. In 1998 René developed and served as President to Partnering Concepts, a hospitality consulting firm that supported the development of Shula's restaurant chain. In 2003, René teamed up again with CAFÉ TU TU TANGO Chairman, Brad Weiser, taking on the position of Chief Operating Officer and Head Coach. |
