CAFÉ TU TU TANGO has earned it's share of praise and accolades from both its patrons and the press. Hardly surprising from a place that boasts one of America's most unique and creative concepts and maintains an artist's sense of perfectionism. Just as an artist will fret over the minute details of a masterwork, so does the TANGO staff obsess over every nuance of each patron's visit.

Only the most talented chefs and servers make the cut at TANGO. All staff are trained extensively to insure quality. Servers are "apprenticed" to master servers to learn the ins and outs of service, so that nothing will interfere with the customer's TANGO experience.
